Introduction

Having recently completed a major redevelopment and extension with the addition of two additional levels of accommodation , the Royce Hotel is recognised as one of Melbourne’s finest designer five star boutique hotels. With its 100 stylish rooms and suites, award winning dish restaurant and chic bar, the amberoom, the Royce offers a unique experience for the discerning traveller.

Ideally located on Australia’s most famous boulevard, St Kilda Road, the Royce is within walking distance to the fashionable shopping and restaurant precincts of Toorak Road and Chapel Street, Melbourne CBD, Royal Botanic Gardens, Shrine of Remembrance and Albert Park Lake.

The Royce deluxe rooms provide spacious, comfortable accommodation with well balanced, contemporary furniture. The majority of these rooms have views over our courtyard or towards the CBD with some containing their own walk out balcony.

Dish

Dish is not your ordinary hotel restaurant. In fact it is nothing like a hotel restaurant. Offering a sophisticated ambience and award winning cuisine, dish has fast become one of Melbourne’s most popular dining destinations. Our often changing menu is based on a contemporary Australian cuisine and is influenced by the latest culinary trends.

The Amberoom

The hotel’s popular amberoom bar is a Melbourne icon and has been a popular haunt of many local VIP’s and celebrities since the hotel’s opening in 2000.

The ultra stylish bar was refurbished in July 2006 and features an amber lit bar and a shimmering beaded curtain wall set against dark floors, walls and ceilings.
