CHECK IN ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN 2pm-7pm. Arrivals after this time may be required to relocate to Newquay and a surcharge will apply. Please Call atleast 20 min prior to arrival on 1300 789 200 to ensure that a member of staff can meet you during the above designated time.

Upon arrival Credit card and photo ID is to be presented. Please note a Debit Card will not be accepted and the card holder must be the guest staying.

When planning your stay, we kindly request that you remain aware of other guests staying on your floor. In the interest of all guests and building residents, Docklands Serviced Apartments maintains a strict zero tolerance, no-noise policy and unauthorised parties, group gatherings and functions are strictly prohibited, your co-operation is greatly appreciated as any breach of this policy will result in the offending guests being required to leave the premises and a minimum $1000 breach of agreement fine will be incurred.

Our apartments are serviced weekly for stays of 7 days and longer, additional servicing is available on request, an additional charge will be incurred.

Upgrade guarantee - in the event of the requested apartment type not being available at Watergate, we will upgrade you free of charge to the same or greater apartment at our prestigious NewQuay precinct which is located diagonally opposite Watergate!

Upon arrival credit card (not a debit card) and photograph ID is to be presented. The authorised signatory for the credit crd must be a registered guest at the apartments.
